Million Modes and Methods of Enlightenment
We have million concepts and images of being enlightened,
When you drop them all, you get free and easily heightened.
You reach Zero and Nothing, sans all baggage of mind, emptiness interfacing infinitude ,
In the center of ‘Zero-Nothing-Ordinary’ is located ‘Extraordinary-Everything-Unlimited magnitude’!
The pivotal method is stop resisting, accept what’ so,
Ordinary or miracle, good- bad, ugly- beauty without judgment desire or ego.
A strange joy springs out of the non judgmental witnessing,
Transcending and yet pervading all, is meditation’s inkless scripting!
Million methods and modes can be detailed out of this central axis ,
Being ‘Here-Now’ and awareness of breath body and psycho physical ambiance is a precious practice.
Any focused work, creative and contributive, love, laugh, create- appreciate beauty and so on,
This is still yet alert meditative state, has seeds of positive solution!
