No Mind

The Zen master asked the new disciple after a few days,
do you understand Zen? Disciple said, “No Master”.
“Nor do I!” and he walked away. Some of the deepest
knowledge and insight doesn’t have to be ‘understood’.
It has to be felt and experienced. And this happen often
in the space of ‘No-Mind’ or ‘No-Thought’.

No Mind is The Highest Mind

No mind is space consciousness
Sans ego, word and desire, it is centered stillness
It is deep witnessing and equanimity
However no mind is not mindless!
Entering no mind is possible by being in the now
Erasing the difference between even I and thou
Going through the ‘emptiness’, you are fulfilled
No mind makes mind more effective and evolve!
Centered in the now you are more ‘present’ in the
future
Make more valuable use of past event or feature
The paradoxes can be dissolved by getting experience of
No-mind
Practice being in the Hear-now with moments of No-mind!
